Newbrook offers a 10% extended deposit structure, providing a lower upfront commitment compared to traditional deposit schedules. The specific deposit payment timeline will be provided to VIP registrants. Register on this page to receive the full deposit schedule and payment details.

Every Newbrook home comes with quartz kitchen countertops, waterfall kitchen island, tiled backsplash, 9' ground floor ceilings, oak staircase, 12" x 24" floor tile, designer vanity, freestanding tub (4-piece ensuite), rain showerhead with wand, frameless glass shower, and the myCommand smart home package including video doorbell, keyless entry, smart thermostat, and smart switches. Larger models (38'–43') also include hardwood flooring and canopy hood fan.

For end-user buyers, the HST new housing rebate is assigned back to the builder and already included in the purchase price. Investors who do not plan to live in the home must pay HST upfront and may be eligible for the New Residential Rental Property (NRRP) rebate.

Yes. All new homes in Ontario are covered by Tarion's statutory warranty: 1-year workmanship and materials, 2-year major systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), and 7-year major structural defect coverage. Brookfield Residential is registered with the HCRA and enrolled with Tarion.

No. Brookfield Residential does not permit assignments on Newbrook purchases. The purchaser must represent that they are buying for personal use. The vendor reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the property is assigned, sold, leased, or advertised before closing.
